Professional Reset Programme

A foundational stress management and performance enhancement programme. Participants engage in eight one-to-one EFT coaching sessions, supported by a digital resource library. This programme aims to reduce stress and burnout, increase resilience, and improve performance. Optional follow-up tracking and anonymised impact reporting provide insights into well-being and organisational metrics.

Leadership Development Programme
